Appleton, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis opened its 2015-16 season with a 9-0 victory at Lawrence University (Wis.) Friday afternoon.  The Eagles, who return eight letter winners from last year's 19-5 squad, swept the singles matches in straight sets.  Lawrence (Wis.) was also playing its season opener.
