Menomonie, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team earned a 9-0 victory at UW-Stout Friday afternoon. The Eagles improve to 7-2 overall and 4-1 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) while the Blue Devils fall to 2-7 overall and 0-5 in the conference.
UW-L swept the three doubles matches with

Abby Tresedder defeating Abby Cornelius/Emily Grossen at No. 1 (8-2).

Bryanne Blanton earned the win over Molly Denney/Angela Braun at No. 2 doubles (8-0) while
Rachael Wabers/
Jennifer Graham defeated Anna Lano/Emma Pedersen at No. 3 (8-3).
The Eagles swept all six singles matches in straight sets. Hartwick defeated Cornelius at No. 1 (6-2, 6-0); Tresedder beat Braun at No. 2 (6-0, 6-1) and Mrozek defeated Denney at No. 3 (6-2, 6-2).
Blanton defeated Grossen at No. 4 singles (6-1, 6-0) while Graham beat Cortney Hallahan at No. 5 (6-1, 7-5) and
Samantha Fleming defeated Pedesen at No. 6 (6-1, 6-1).
UW-L wraps up its regular-season dual schedule at UW-Eau Claire Saturday, October 12 starting at 10 a.m.
