Sullivan won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping lead UWL to the team title. He captured the event with an NCAA III Championship record time of 8:39.22. Sullivan won his second straight national title in the event, joining Brett Altergott (1997-98) from UWL to accomplish the feat. Sullivan is one of nine athletes in NCAA III history to win at least two straight championships in the even. He earned 2026 NCAA III Second Team All-America honors, finishing 15th (14:39.80) in the 5,000-meter run.
