Wawrzyn had three assists and one goal in a pair of wins as UWL improved to a school best 8-0 start. She had two assists in a 5-0 victory over Simpson College (Iowa) on September 18. Her first assist came on Ella Opie's game-winning goal. Wawrzyn had the game-winning goal in UWL's 5-0 victory over Concordia College Moorhead (Minn.) on September 21. She helped the Eagles' defense record two shutouts as UWL held its two opponents to four shots on goal.
