Schraeder won the individual title at the 23-team Augsburg University (Minn.) Invitational September 14 at Hyland Greens Golf Course in Bloomington, Minnesota. He completed the 8,000-meter course in 26:48.8. It marked Schraeder's first collegiate cross country individual win. A total of 316 runners completed the course.
