Thomas averaged 16.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in three games as UWL went 3-0. He was named to the UW-Oshkosh BSN Winter Classic Team after averaging 18.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists. Thomas had a season-high 22 points in a victory over Hamline University (Minn.) on December 29 while adding four rebounds, two assists and two steals. He finished with 15 points, six rebounds and two assists in a win over 12th-ranked Keene State University (N.H.) on December 30. In the WIAC opener, Thomas had 12 points, two rebounds and one assist in a victory over UW-Eau Claire on January 4.
