Lynch finished with a career-high 38 rushing attempts and career-high 229 yards rushing with one touchdown in UWL's 28-24 victory over 10th-ranked UW-River Falls on October 26. He scored on a 42-yard run with 5:32 left in the third quarter to give the Eagles a 21-17 lead. Lynch had 153 yards rushing in the second half, including 87 in the third quarter and 66 in the fourth. The 38 carries rank fourth in single-game school history while Lynch's 229 yards are eighth-most. He averaged 6.0 yards per attempt.
