Gregg won the NCAA Division III title with a time of 24:02.4 on the 8,000-meter course in Newville, Pennyslvania on November 18. He became the second runner in school history to capture the individual national title, joining Brett Altergott in 1997. Gregg earned his third career NCAA III All-America after finishing fourth in 2022 and 11th in 2021. He helped lead UWL to a second-place finish at this year's NCAA III Championships.
