Hughes went 1-0 with a 0.68 earned run average in two appearances last week. She earned the win in UWL's 3-0 victory at Saint Mary's University (Minn.) March 27, going 6.0 innings, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out nine. Hughes then pitched 4.1 innings in a 2-1 win at the University of Dubuque (Iowa) March 28, allowing four hits and one run with three strikeouts.
