Jacob Burchfield was voted the WIAC Men's Swimmer of the Meet at the conclusion of the league championships. He became the first UWL swimmer to earn the award since Matt Diehl in 2010. Burchfield won the 200-yard freestyle with a school and meet record time of 1:39.64.  He also placed third in the 50-yard freestyle (20.52) and fourth in the 100-yard freestyle (45.29) at this year's league championships. He was a member of four relays with all placing in the top-three. The Eagles' 200-yard freestyle relay (school record 1:21.60) and 400-yard medley relay (3:23.61) each finished second.  UWL's 400-yard freestyle relay (school record 3:04.01) and 800-yard freestyle relay (6:55.72) each finished third.
