Banie won the 600-meter run (1:34.82) and was a member of UWL's first-place 4x400-meter relay (3:55.23) at the Minnesota State University Mankato Ted Nelson Classic February 5. She set a school record in winning the 600-meter run, breaking the record of 1:35.43 by Lace Van Zeeland set in 1997. UWL's 4x400-meter relay time of 3:55.23 ranks first in the WIAC and third on the NCAA Division III Honor Roll.
