Lyngaas recorded a career-high 9.575 on the uneven parallel bars at the 2020 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC)/National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) West Regional, finishing fifth overall.  She tied for third (9.450) on the uneven parallel bars at the Gershon/McLellan Invitational, fourth (9.400) against Winona State University (Minn.) and 12th (9.550) at the Ball State University (Ind.) Quadrangular. 

Lyngaas competed in five meets during the 2019-20 season.
