Brower played in all 10 games in 2019, finishing eighth on the team in tackles with 27.  He recorded 24 unassisted tackles on the season while finishing with 2.0 tackles for loss. Brower had a season-high eight tackles (seven unassisted) at UW-River Falls. He had five unassisted tackles at UW-Platteville and recorded an interception and tackle for loss against Illinois Wesleyan University. He tied for second on the team with six pass break-ups. 

He started all 10 games in 2018, finishing with 44 tackles with 28 unassisted. Brower had a career-high 11 tackles vs. UW-Stout. He recorded interceptions vs. Illinois Wesleyan and UW-Stout during the 2018 season. Brower had five pass break-ups with three against UW-River Falls.
