Jeffers competed in six meets in 2019, finishing 86th (22:46.3) at the NCAA Division III Championships. She placed 11th (22:30.06) at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional to earn all-region honors. Jeffers was fourth (23:41.1) at the WIAC Championship to pick up All-WIAC First Team accolades. She was also 18th (23:08.0) at the 2017 WIAC Championships, 35th (28:58.1) at the NCAA III Midwest Regional and 163rd (22:41.70) at the NCAA III Championships.
