Sophomore Isaac Lahr was named UWL's Male Newcomer of the Year. He earned National Wrestling Coaches Association First Team All-America honors at 197-pounds in NCAA Division III.  He finished 18-1 this season with six wins by fall.  Lahr captured the 197-pound title at the 2020 NCAA Division III Upper Midwest Regional to automatically qualify for the national championships.  He was seeded fifth heading into the NCAA III Championships before it was canceled due to the COVID-19 public health threat.  Lahr won the title at the 2020 WIAC Championships was selected the WIAC Newcomer of the Year at the conclusion of the season.  Lahr also won the title at the Cliff Keen-Mike Duroe Invite in 2020.
