Szczupakiewicz recorded three top-13 finishes at the Rochester (Minn.) Invitational December 6-8. She helped lead UWL to a fifth-place finish out of 15 teams.  Sczcupakiewicz was fourth in the 200 backstroke (2:08.75) and sixth in the 100 butterfly (58.12) while finishing 13th in the 200 butterly (2:15.14).  She also competed in the 500 freestyle preliminaries, finishing 10th (5:16.18).

Szczupakiewicz was on a pair of relays, including the ninth-place 200 medley relay (1:48.73) and 11th-place 800 freestyle relay (7:58.95).
