March will be here before we know it...and the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament will be upon us! We are pleased to invite you to again join us for the Roundball Rumble on the River at the Cargill Room. The event’s 2015 edition is scheduled for Monday, April 6, and will once again feature an all-inclusive ticket, as well as a new bracket challenge, operated through cbssports.com. Having joined us in the past, you know that each all-inclusive ticket promises a great evening out:
- Dinner catered by the Waterfront Restaurant, including their famous prime rib, customizable macaroni and cheese, taco bar, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts;
- Complimentary beer and wine, along with a cash bar for cocktails;
- A selection of unique experiences available for auction, including tours and sideline passes for a host of athletic events, exclusive dinners, hunting and fishing packages, and much more;
- Raffles and games of chance;
- Chances to meet and mingle with UW-L’s student-athletes, coaches, and staff;
- Complimentary valet parking; and
- The national championship men’s basketball game, shown live on six projection and large screen televisions.
All of the evening's proceeds support the L-Club and UW-L's 19 NCAA Division III sports and nearly 600 student-athletes. Only a limited number of tickets are available for this fun-filled evening of food, friends, and basketball, which is now celebrating its 20th anniversary.
