UW-Stout 184.875, UW-La Crosse 182.975
La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse gymnastics squad fell 184.875 to 182.975 to UW-Stout Friday night in Mitchell Hall. The Eagles scored a season-high 47.225 on the uneven parallel bars.
UW-L swept all of the individual events Friday.
Christa Booman won the uneven parallel bars (9.650);
Nicole Mickelson the vault (9.500);
Tegan Oare the balance beam (9.350) and
Katie Palluck the floor exercise (9.575).
Booman tied for second in the all-around (36.925) while finishing fifth on the vault (9.275) and floor exercise (9.175).
Other top finishes Friday included
Jen Andersen tying for second on the balance beam (9.275) and sixth on the uneven parallel bars (9.400).
Morgan Shene tied for second on the uneven parallel bars (9.550) while
Rachel Riesterer tied for sixth (9.400).
The Eagles'
Ali Berry was sixth on the vault (9.250).
Katherine Prouty of UW-Stout won the all-around (37.500).
UW-L returns to action Friday, February 15 at the Harley Collegiate Meet in Milwaukee at 7 p.m.
