Milwaukee (Thomas More) has been named to the D3hoops.com All-West Region Third Team. He was one of five players named to the third team.
Selected to the 2009-10 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) First Team, Mane led UW-L with 22.3 points per game in 2009-10, including scoring in double figures in 24 of 25 games. He is currently tied for first in scoring in the WIAC. He missed the Eagles' WIAC Tournament First Round game versus UW-Superior Feb. 23 with an injury.
His 557 points this year ranks second in single-season school history.
Larry Halverson scored a school record 629 points in 1976-77. Mane scored a season-high 35 points in UW-L's 86-78 win at Mary Hardin-Baylor University (Texas) Dec. 30 and scored at least 25 points in nine different contests. He has scored in double figures in 63 of 76 career games at UW-L, including at least 20 points in 38 contests.
Fourth in career scoring at UW-L with 1,429 points, Mane ranks second in school history in three-point field goals attempted (498) and third in three-point field goals made (183). He is also fourth in career field goals attempted (1,228) and sixth in career field goals made (523). Mane ranks first in career free throw shooting at UW-L at 87.7% (200-of-228).
Named to the 2007-08 All-WIAC Honorable Mention Team, Mane shot 40.0% (64-of-160) from three-point range and 91.5% (75-of-82) at the free throw line this season. He currently leads the conference in free throw shooting and three-point field goals made per game (2.56) while being tied for 10th in three-point shooting.
He led the Eagles in three-point field goals made and attempted as well as free throw shooting. Mane averaged 2.9 rebounds per game and led UW-L with 48 assists in 2009-10.
