Madison, Wis. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse senior Chelsea Hoff of Middleton (H.S.) has been selected the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Women's Swimmer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.

Hoff won the 50-yard freestyle (23.92) while placing third in the 100-yard freestyle (52.40) and 100-yard backstroke (59.77) at the UW-River Falls Invitational held Dec. 4-5 in Minneapolis, Minn.

Her time in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle were both NCAA Division III "B" qualifying times.

Hoff was also on three relays which all placed fifth. She was a member of UW-L's 200-yard freestyle relay (1:40.11), 200-yard medley relay (1:50.43) and 400-yard medley relay (4:04.20).

UW-L returns to action Saturday, Dec. 12 at UW-Eau Claire at 1 p.m.
