Madison, Wis. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse sophomore Spencer Loch of Verona (Madison Memorial) has been selected the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Male Swimmer of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.

Loch captured the 50-yard freestyle (21.86) and 100-yard freestyle (48.31) in UW-La Crosse's 152-90 dual victory at UW-Eau Claire Dec. 12. 

He was also on the Eagles' winning 200-yard medley relay (1:37.89).

UW-L returns to action Friday, Jan. 22 at the Get to the Point Invitational beginning at 9 a.m.
