Susan Milts Strouf
Athlete: 1985-1990
Susan Milts Strouf vaulted to success during college. Strouf, who red-shirted her sophomore year, set a national record on the bars (9.3) in 1987-88. She was All-American in the vault during all four years of competing, as well as in the bars when she set the record. Strouf set a conference vault record (9.25) in 1988-89, and was named to the all-district team twice.
She earned academic All-American honors in her final year of competition. Strouf earned two degrees from UW-L; a bachelor's degree in secondary education in 1990, and a master's in learning disabilities in 1998. She and her husband, Terry, are the first couple to both be named to the Wall of Fame.
