Athlete: 1978-82

    Bob Halstead swam four years at Wausau West High School and kept going, faster, for four more years at UW-L. From 1978 through 1982, Halstead swam his way to being most valuable in two seasons and  team captain for two seasons.

     A member of Alpha Kappa Lambda, he was named athlete of the year in 1982 by the National Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity. He is an 11-time NAIA All-American.
