Athlete: 1938-1941
Basketball, football and swimming were Bob Ebert's sports during college. And he excelled at them, earning letters in all three. Ebert also earned all-conference in football and basketball, and was named most valuable swimmer.
The football teams he played on in 1938 and 1940 took conference championships, and he served as president of the "L" Club. Ebert, a 1941 graduate, stared involved in the three sports follwing college by coaching them. A physical education minor, he taught in Sheboygan from 1941-42 and 1946-85. During the war years, from 1942-1946, he was a physical education instructor in the Air Force.
