Jenna Ahnen

Named to the All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) All-Time Softball Team, Jenna Ahnen was voted the 2010 and 2011 WIAC Position Player of the Year.  She was a three-time (2009-11) All-WIAC First Team choice. Ahnen was selected to the 2009 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region First Team and to the 2010 and 2011 NFCA All-Region Second Team.

Ahnen ranks first in UWL history in hits (237), runs (154) and batting average (.431) while being tied for the school record in doubles (37).  She is also second in career at-bats (580) and stolen bases (55), tied for third in RBI (101), tied fourth in triples (9) and tied for 14th in home runs (10).

She set a single-season school record for hits (74) in 2010.  In 2009, Ahnen also set a school record with a .478 batting average and tied the single-season school record with 49 runs. She is tied for UWL's single-game record with three triples versus UW-Superior on April 21, 2011 and single-game record with four runs against Augsburg University (Minn.) on March 19, 2009.

A native of Cataract, Wisconsin, Ahnen earned her bachelor's degree from UWL in 2013 majoring in physical, adapted and school health education with a adapted physical education minor.
