Ed Uhlenhake
Athlete: 1974-1978
Ed Uhlenhake set numerous records on the basketball court in Mitchell Hall in the mid-'70s. The five include: most field goals attempted in a game (30 vs. UWEC Dec. 4, 1976); career high field goal percentage (.573); career high rebounds (1,025); career high rebound average (10.2); and blocked shots for a season (43 in '77-78.) Uhlenhake was named All-conference all four years, and earned a spot on the All-American team in 1978. Uhlenhake, who graduated with a major in business administration in 1978, went on to play basketball in Belgium and Austria, before returning to the United States.
