Running has been Doreen Ludlow-Groshan's passion throughout her life. She was an All-American in 1983 and '84 in track and with cross country in 1984, the year the team finished second at nationals.
She was on the indoor distance medley relay national championship team in 1983, but her athletic highlight was placing second at nationals in the outdoor 1500m while breaking a UW-L record. Doreen earned a bachelor's in community health education in 1985.
