University of Wisconsin La Crosse Athletics

    Craig Chrest ran to success on the La Crosse football and track teams from 1977-1981. Chrest lettered on the gridiron from 1977-80, and with the track and field team from 1978-79. The 16 career touchdown passes he caught still rank as the third highest in La Crosse histroy, going into the 2002 season.
    
    While in college, he was involved with the TKE fraternity and Big brothers/Big Sisters. Chrest, a native of Black River Falls, earned a major in mass communications and minor in marketing in 1981. After college, he spent two years as an executive analyst for a management consulting company, and 20 years in sales of software and medical equipment.
